M. Dawood President<\/h3>

Mr. Muhammad Dawood serves as President and Executive Director of Takal Welfare Organization. He holds a Master\u2019s in Management Sciences and brings over 14 years of experience in community mobilization, program management, and development project oversight across Pakistan. His expertise spans education, WASH, health, and human rights, with a strong background in M&E, proposal writing, and donor engagement. Mr. Dawood leads the organization\u2019s strategic direction, operations, and mission execution.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Mr. Hamad Afzal is the General Secretary of the Board at Takal Welfare Organization. He is particularly focused on renewable energy and grassroots community development<\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Abdussalam Joint Secretary (M)<\/h3>

Mr. Abdussalam is the Joint Secretary (Male) of Takal Welfare Organization, bringing over 10 years of experience in social mobilization and child protection. He has served with the KP Child Protection Commission and led impactful community initiatives on voting rights, disability inclusion, and child rights.
