Fahim Khan (CEO)<\/h3>

Fahim Khan is a seasoned development professional with over 20 years of comprehensive experience in program management, humanitarian response, and long-term development. Currently serving as the CEO of Takal Welfare Organization, he provides strategic leadership and organizational oversight. With Academic background of Development Studies and alumni of the University of Massachusetts, coupled with successful planning and execution of more than 60 projects with diverse donors in multiple sectors. He has a proven track record of securing funding from high-profile agencies like the World Bank, WFP,UNICEF, IOM, USAID,SDC, EU,UNHCR among other bilateral donor agencies. He has strong expertise in project planning, donor liaison, M&E, and community engagement. He has actively contributed to national and international coordination forums His expertise also extends to the corporate sector, managing the CSR portfolio in Oil and Gas Sector. Skilled in proposal writing, donor liaison, and stakeholder engagement , Mr. Fahim Khan is an influential leader in the humanitarian community, served as Co-Lead of the Food Security Cluster Pakistan and remained member of the IASC taskforces and also contributed at various national regional and global\u00a0platforms<\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

He has led advocacy programs in conflict-affected areas of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and is highly skilled in MEAL systems, project design, donor coordination, and stakeholder engagement.
