Fahim Khan (CEO)
Fahim Khan is a development professional with more than 20 years of experience in program management, humanitarian response and long-term development. As CEO of Takal Welfare Organization, he provides strategic leadership and organizational oversight. He studied Development Studies, is an alumnus of the University of Massachusetts, and has planned and delivered more than 60 projects with a wide range of donors across many sectors. He has secured funding from agencies such as the World Bank, WFP, UNICEF, IOM, USAID, SDC, the EU and UNHCR. His strengths include project planning, donor liaison, monitoring and evaluation, proposal writing and community engagement, and he has also managed a corporate social responsibility portfolio in the oil and gas sector. A respected voice in the humanitarian community, he has served as Co-Lead of the Food Security Cluster Pakistan, as a member of IASC task forces, and as a contributor to national, regional and global platforms.
M. Sabir Khan (Program Manager)
Mr. Muhammad Sabir Khan is a development and humanitarian professional with nearly two decades of experience in managing emergency, recovery and service delivery projects in health, education, nutrition, livelihoods and water management. He has led advocacy programs in conflict-affected areas of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and is skilled in MEAL systems, project design, donor coordination and stakeholder engagement. His experience also covers disaster risk reduction, compensation planning and partnerships with government bodies, NGOs and community organizations.
Marhaba Haroon (Program Officer)
Ms. Marhaba Haroon is a development and humanitarian professional with more than 10 years of experience in HR management, program development and emergency response. Her expertise includes gender-based violence, climate change, reproductive health, food security and support to refugees and internally displaced people. She holds an MBA in Human Resources, is completing an MSc in Governance and Public Policy, and is skilled in compliance, stakeholder coordination and capacity building.
Gul Sanga (Nutritionist)
Ms. Gul Sanga is a nutritionist with a Master's degree in Food and Nutrition Sciences. Her work promotes healthy eating and physical activity among children and teaches them about oral health, safe water, sanitation and hygiene. She also counsels families on diet and nutrition, including reading food labels, making healthy choices on a limited budget and understanding balanced nutrition.
Aimal Khan (Admin & Finance Manager)
Mr. Aimal Khan is the Admin and Finance Manager of TWO and oversees its core financial and administrative functions. He prepares budgets and financial reports, coordinates with donors, manages bank accounts and project cash flows, supervises finance staff, supports field offices and liaises with external auditors to ensure compliance with financial procedures. He also oversees office operations and prepares reports for the Executive Body, ensuring transparency and efficiency across the organization.
Azam Khan (Procurement Lead)
Mr. Azam Khan is the Procurement Lead of TWO and has 7 years of professional experience. He specializes in procurement planning, vendor management and compliance with organizational and donor procurement policies, and he has hands-on experience in tendering, contract management and procurement records. By working closely with other departments, he ensures that goods and services are delivered on time and that procurement stays efficient and transparent.
Sajid Mehmood (M&E Manager)
Mr. Sajid Mehmood is a monitoring and evaluation expert with more than 14 years of experience in the social development sector. He has worked in project management, M&E, field research, data analysis and impact evaluation, and he has supervised teams, mobilized communities and engaged stakeholders across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and its merged tribal districts. He is also skilled in report writing, needs assessments and data collection.
Abdullah Malik (MIS Officer)
Mr. Abdullah Malik is the MIS Officer of TWO and manages its data and digital systems. He maintains accurate information systems that support program delivery, decision making and reporting, and he helps strengthen the organization's transparency and accountability.
