Fahim Khan (CEO)

Fahim Khan is a seasoned development professional with over 20 years of comprehensive experience in program management, humanitarian response, and long-term development. Currently serving as the CEO of Takal Welfare Organization, he provides strategic leadership and organizational oversight. With Academic background of Development Studies and alumni of the University of Massachusetts, coupled with successful planning and execution of more than 60 projects with diverse donors in multiple sectors. He has a proven track record of securing funding from high-profile agencies like the World Bank, WFP,UNICEF, IOM, USAID,SDC, EU,UNHCR among other bilateral donor agencies. He has strong expertise in project planning, donor liaison, M&E, and community engagement. He has actively contributed to national and international coordination forums His expertise also extends to the corporate sector, managing the CSR portfolio in Oil and Gas Sector. Skilled in proposal writing, donor liaison, and stakeholder engagement , Mr. Fahim Khan is an influential leader in the humanitarian community, served as Co-Lead of the Food Security Cluster Pakistan and remained member of the IASC taskforces and also contributed at various national regional and global platforms

M. Sabir Khan (Program Manager)

Mr. Muhammad Sabir Khan is a seasoned development and humanitarian professional with nearly two decades of experience in managing emergency, recovery, and service delivery projects across health, education, nutrition, livelihoods, and water management. He has led advocacy programs in conflict-affected areas of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and is highly skilled in MEAL systems, project design, donor coordination, and stakeholder engagement. His experience includes DRR, compensation planning, and partnership management with government bodies, NGOs, and community organizations.

Marhaba Haroon (Program Officer)

Ms. Marhaba Haroon is an experienced development and humanitarian professional with over 10 years in HR management, program development, and emergency response. Her expertise includes GBV, climate change, reproductive health, food security, and refugee/IDP support. She holds an MBA in HR and is completing an MSc in Governance & Public Policy. She is skilled in compliance, stakeholder coordination, and capacity building.

Gul Sanga (Nutrionist)

Ms. Gul Sanga is a Nutritionist with a Master’s degree in Food and Nutrition Sciences. Her work focuses on promoting healthy eating, planning physical activities for children, and educating them on oral health, safe water, sanitation, and hygiene practices. She provides counseling on diet and nutrition, including interpreting food labels, making healthy choices on a limited budget, and understanding the principles of balanced nutrition.

Aimal Khan (Admin & Finance Manager)

Mr. Aimal Khan serves as the Admin & Finance Manager at Takal Welfare Organization (TWO), overseeing core financial and administrative functions. His responsibilities include budget preparation, financial reporting, donor coordination, and management of bank accounts and project cash flows. He supervises finance staff, supports field offices, liaises with external auditors, and ensures compliance with financial procedures. On the administrative side, he oversees office operations and prepares key reports for the Executive Body, ensuring transparency and efficiency across the organization.

Azam Khan (Procurement Lead)

Mr. Azam Khan is currently serving as a Procurement Lead, with a total of 7 years of professional experience. He specializes in procurement planning, vendor management, and ensuring compliance with organizational and donor procurement policies. His expertise contributes to efficient and transparent procurement processes that support smooth project implementation. He has hands-on experience in tendering, contract management, and maintaining procurement records. Mr. Azam Khan is also skilled in coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

Sajid Mehmood (M&E Manager)

Mr. Sajid Mehmood is a Monitoring & Evaluation Expert with over 14 years of experience in the social development sector. He has worked with various organizations in roles involving project management, M&E, field research, data analysis, and impact evaluation. His expertise includes team supervision, community mobilization, progress reporting, and stakeholder engagement across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and its tribal districts. Mr. Sajid Mehmood is also skilled in report writing, need assessments, and data collection, with strong communication and computer proficiency.

Abdullah Malik (MIS Officer)

Mr. Abdullah Malik serves as the MIS Officer at Takal Welfare Organization, overseeing data management and digital systems to ensure efficient program delivery. He specializes in maintaining accurate information systems that support decision-making and reporting. With strong technical expertise, he contributes to strengthening organizational transparency and accountability.
